We provide the needed emergency support or standard long-term service planning and coverage.
RMA Service is customized to fit specific products and markets. Our repair services team provides the standard repair for warranty and non-warranty product repair to all our customers. We also offer “Longevity of Repair” Services to ensure products can be repaired past the original warranty or extended warranty dates.
Advansus has repair services that offer consistently high quality services across all equipment repairs, debugging & handling processes and parts of management. Our repair capability includes: upgrades, testing, and inspection services; system repair; system advance exchange; system refurbishment; component RMA; component repair, refurbishment and rework; and component original vendor warranty redemption.
Advansus has a standard RMA document to outline the standard operational procedure for RMA & Warranty and DOA (Defects on Arrival).
