We know how important the Product Longevity Service is to our customers' long-range planning; because it enables them anticipate well in advance, any changes to the status of their product lines. That's why Advansus has established a policy of giving sufficient notice of product longevity management to enable Advansus to manage products all the way across their lifecycles in the most effective way. It helps us get products to market faster, provide better support for their use, and manage end-of-life better. In today's highly competitive global markets, companies must meet the increasing demands of customers to rapidly and continually improve their products and services. The Advansus Product Longevity Service meets these needs from both the business and technical viewpoints. The information includes: c ommodity substitution programs, spare parts buffers, planning, substitution parts qualification, component last buy management, warehouse and fulfillment, Part recycling and so on. Advansus will provide the customer with advance notification of End-of-Support or End-of-Life milestones and a migration path to new and improved offerings when EOL products are announced. We will work with you to choose the best solutions.

Even with the use of integrated components, the total number of components to be managed for each product can be staggering. Furthermore, each system receives the same after-sales service worldwide.

In order to achieve 100% compatibility, the peripheral procurement service works directly with our strategic suppliers and partners to select warranted, quality components with lifecycle support. All selected components are fully tested after integration with Advantech boards and systems.
