Advansus offers the original purchasing customers RMA (Return of Material Authorization) services to guaranty Advansus product quality free from defects in materials and workmanship during warranty period.


 
Standard Warranty
 


Advansus provides RMA services for product repair and replacement during a standard warranty period. The warranty periods listed below are effected from the date of delivery.

24 months for board-level product
12 months for system-level product
Warranty subject to the original manufacturer for non-outsourcing products
No warranty will be offered for LCD backlight, Inverter, CPU, Memory, DOC, DOM, CF, Cable and others.


 
RMA workflow
 
  1. Contact either our sales or technical support staff for the defect products.
  2. To faster identify the problems and solutions, please describe the problem as specified as possible.
  3. Request a RMA number before returning any products for repairing or any replacement.
  4. Submit a complete RMA-REQUEST form, listing all returned items with model number, condition, quantity and all necessary information.
  5. Please pack each faulty item along with one copy of the RMA form, and a detail problem description tag before return shipment.
  6. Please wrap and pack all returned items, either motherboard or system, in antistatic packaging material for protecting against crashing or electrostatic damage during shipment
  7. Service Charge
    Service charges are applicable for all out-of-warranty items.
