Advansus has a strong commitment to revision control which is part of our long product life cycle policy that keeps a minimum impact to our customers' business and product longevity.

The efforts start from early design phase. Both PM and RD team will examine the bill of material (BOM) thoroughly, in order to assure all key components are supported with long-term supply and best performance cost. When the component change is inevitable, we are abliged to proceed a series of revision control process to ensure a smooth transition that bring the least impact on customers' business. We keep customers well informed on each engineering change via ECN (engineering change notice) and ECR (Engineering change request). All process are implmented to control all aspects of the system impact, including BIOS revision and settings.

• Complete revision control from design to end of life (EOL) via daily operated Product Life-cycle management
    (PLM) system
• Iinform the customer prior to key component changes and provide full support for a smooth replacement.
• Proceed extensive quality vadilation to enhance system consistency
• Stock EOL component upon customers' request
• Extend last-order up to 6-month, last-shipment up to 12-month
• Provide customers component/product roadmaps for advanced end-of-life notification
