Advansus manages to achieve quality and excellence in all aspects of product design and manufacturing, in its aim to become a leading solution provider. Every Advansus employee receives training to perform their jobs with due prudence and accuracy in order to provide quality control and timely delivery.

Advansus institutes and operates a consistent Quality Assurance System throughout the entire design and manufacturing process. The strict quality control system extends from internal Design Quality Assurance (DQA) and Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA), to external Customer Quality Assurance (CQA). This system provides constant feedback for future improvements on design and manufacturing quality as well as reliability and stability of all Advansus products and services.

DQA is covered in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process during the product development phases. In order to ensure design quality, our DQA team conducts a full range of reliability tests that include hardware and Software/Operating system compatibility testing. The team is skillful in utilizing its fully-equipped QA lab to conduct a wide range of in-house safety and environmental tests; such as EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), EFT (Electrical Fast Transient), Surge, Conducted Susceptibility, Power Frequency, Magnetic Field, Voltage DIPS and Interrupts, Safety, Temperature and Humidity, Vibration, Drop testing, and others.

Advansus has developed a Total Quality Control (TQC) system to implement manufacturing quality assurance (MQA) during mass production. Advansus focuses on total quality control in several aspects in terms of VQM (vendor quality management), MQC (material quality control), PQA (process quality assurance) and OQC (out-going quality control). The manufacturing QA department also makes periodic training, auditing and facility calibration reviews to make sure all quality standards are followed to the letter.

Advansus has established a dedicated application engineering (AE) team and RMA division to provide customer service and CQA. Both departments provide free technical support and repair services to achieve customer satisfaction.
