CRB Generation Flow: Time-to-Market by Leveraging Advansus
 

Most Advansus CRBs are developed from the Intel Early Access Program. Advansus joins chipset vendor design programs in the very early stages and kicks off a related Advansus CRB project to develop the technology. By leveraging field application know how from our partners, and keeping close tabs on advances in technology, Advansus CRB is your reliable choice for efficient time-to-market.





CRB Design Flow
 
There are several phases in Advansus CRB Design Flow :
•
Phase 1 : There is a lot of preparation to do in this early design stage; CRB RD design circuit, components selection from the CIS (Component Information System) centralized component database and preparation of Layout Guide.

Phase 2 : In this stage, the internal CES (Central Electronic Service) team gathers all the design information from Phase 1 to prepare for PCB Layout. Once the preparation is done, the RD layout team starts to design PCB placement & routing, and releases PCB Gerber to make a PCB sample.

Phase 3 :In this stage, the PCB sample is shipped to Advansus factory for CRB sample trial assembly.

Phase 4 : CRB EE RD carries out basic signal verification and debug work for CRB samples from trial assembly.

Phase 5 : After the trial samples pass the testing in Phase 4, they will be transferred to DQA. In this stage, DQA carries on detail function validation for functionality, performance, compatibility and reliability.

Validation Test
 

There is a 3 phase validation test before Advansus CRB is phased into mass production. The Advansus RD Team will conduct a series of validation testing for signal, function, performance, compatibility, reliability, vibration, humidity, temperature and EMC.

Advansus manages MBDS project with our own strong and powerful IT Infrastructure. Each key element is critically managed, controlled, traced and searched in every stage of the production process.
